Tournament Scheduling, Dates and Maps Each Round will take place on the designated dates, maps and times below. All Teams and its members are to meet on IRC for the match. In case of having an overloaded amount of teams, we may have multiple brackets with different times for matches. TIMES WILL BE POSTED ON THE BRACKETS PAGE Maps and Dates will be posted before the tournament begins.
Tournament Maps
Schedule is subject to change depending on the number of entries. Team Information - Signing up Each Team must have 2 members that are named on the roster in games. The Team leader is expected to make sure the player's registered name is both his Xbox Live Login and In Game Name should be easily read to identify the player. - Conduct All teams and players are expected to act in a mature, calm and courteous manner. Please keep your cool if another team decides to verbally attack you in game. Please take screenshots of any misconduct in matches. - Hosting All games must take place on a dedicated server that can host up to 10 players with ease. Absolutely NO Observers are allowed in the match except for Tournament Administrators. We will have a few dedicated servers to use in matches but will be in limited supply due to the volume of matches Verse the number of servers. The Semi Finals and Finals will take place on dedicated servers supplied by Ubisoft. - Matching All Teams must have 2 players on the roster in the match at all times. The match will not start till all players are ready. - Match Play! Round 1 All Games for the First Round are played on city streets. The Set up is best of 3 out 5 rounds. - Match Play! Round 2 All Games for the Second Round are played on Day Airport 1. The Set up is best of 4 out 7 rounds. - Substitutions If the player drops a substitute from the roster may join no team may play a man down for more then 1 map play. If the game continues the match continues. We will not be responsible for this rule not being followed. We ask that teams use substitutions in emergency cases and between tournament rounds to speed along the matches. - Reporting All Teams should report the score and the results of the match to the admin in the IRC Channel. The reporter will be required to e-mail the evidence of the match to the admin. Teams can review the report page here. -Voice Communication Voice Communication programs are allowed in matches. It is common practice for teams and clans to use voice communication in games. Tournament Chat Information To Access
the tournament chat please go to the following server: If your still having difficulty you may go to there IRC Services website. Misc. Information -Forfeits Teams will be forfeited from our tournament for the following reasons.
-Disputes Any teams with disputes should see a tournament administrator in the IRC Tournament Chat Channel. You may be asked to provide proof in case of some disputes. -Match Referees It will be nearly impossible for us to cover all matches with tournament referees but in some cases we may be there to watch the match. If you need to request a match referee please do so.
